Honey Joy Prints average production timeline is 2 – 4+ business days on most products.

Some products are further delayed noted on the individual product page. Bulk orders of $200+ are 5-7 business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1 of the SLA.

If you elect to ship to a country listed on the USPS suspension list, the order will ship but will be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Honey Joy Prints reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you, the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product.

*NOTE FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes. Anytime you need to ship an order to a PO Box, you must select one of the USPS shipping options at checkout.

Honey Joy Prints does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Honey Joy Prints has no control over shipping carrier delays. Honey Joy Prints cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier’s possession. If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via social media or newsletter. You may also reach out to us at any time by contacting support@honeyjoyprints.com. *If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes. 

Return Policy

Honey Joy Prints is a custom personalized company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Honey Joy Prints offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 3 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact section and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Honey Joy Prints will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the correct information during the shipping address input of the purchase process.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
